Feature Requests

As a company, we do not want everyone to see the billing data, keeping it in manager or sales role only. Currently, everyone has access to this data so we are looking at ways to disable it. Too bad as I use the feature all the time.

Would be great to be able to view the linked metrics and agreements in Billing Review for ALL environments, that way we can run a single report for our billing department.

With the Beta Billing Review feature, I would like it to be possible to update the Connectwise Agreement "Quantity" with the value of the linked Metric. Aditionally, it would great to have this repeat monthly (Every 30 Days), weekly, etc.

This would help perform billing audits since most MSPs bill based on counts at the end of each month.

CW Billing Review is pulling in all additions on an agreement instead of just the active ones. This is especially challenging with clients that have multiple M365 license types.

Mass add billing review templates for product additions or template it. especially for Parent inspectors

This would be of benefit to all CW partners (and others as billing review is extended to other platforms) who run mixed environments e.g. Bitdefender and Webroot or Office 365 and GSuite or multiple network vendors e.g. Meraki and Cisco IOS or HP ProCurve and FortiGate and need to pull metrics from multiple ROAR systems for an environment

Report licensing purchased from Distributors (Ex. Sherweb, Ingram, Techdata, etc.) to be able to view recurring billing license quantities.

A partner wants to give their clients access to view the information in their environment but does not want them to see the sensitive Billing Review information. A new User Role would be helpful to facilitate this.

We have many agreements in Connectwise for customers that can't be deleted for one reason or another, and they show up in the Billing Review. It would be great if we could tell Roar to only pull over active agreements.
