Within visual insights it would be a great addition to be able to create global groups so everyone within our company can select and have clients already sorted to help speed up the reporting process and become more user friendly

When exporting Microsoft 365 Stale/Inactive User reports from Liongard, the output appears as a single string within one cell in Excel or BrightGauge. Instead of a properly formatted CSV or Excel file with one user per row, the report concatenates all users into a single line. This formatting makes the report unusable in its current form
