Within the Connectwise integration under Ticketing - it allows us to integrate our custom status's to sync with liongard's status. this is extremely useful, however I believe my request below could bring it to another level. I am solely in charge of silencing any alerts that we may have. This can be a large time sync and most just need 30 day silencing. However, due to some tickets re-opening if certain criteria is met within the alert, it can cause issues if silencing is mishandled. Having a 30 day silence or a new custom liongard status would save me so much time and help reduce time wasted with our techs as well. Another issue this would help resolve is when an alert is marked as silenced within cw it causes the sync to have issues. An example is marking one of our tickets silenced in cw and it would silence the alert forever because liongard still sees the ticket as open but we no longer see the ticket in connectwise because its silenced and is removed from our open tickets I would like to request an additional liongard status to be added/ potentially customizable liongard statuses similarly to how the alert silencing tab is. An example would be a silence for 30 day status. Where we have alerts for domain and ssl renewals. Currently Liongard only has assigned, closed - completed - in progress - left vm, new, on hold, reopened, request, and silenced.
