Feature Requests

Currently, I can only integrate one PSA system per Liongard instance. It would be beneficial to have the ability to integrate multiple PSA systems, such as ConnectWise and HaloPSA, within a single Liongard instance. This would streamline our operations and allow us to manage different PSA systems more efficiently.

We need integration with ManageEngine, as it is a significant tool for one of our clients and is not currently supported by Liongard.

I would like the ability to create custom integrations for tools that are not currently supported by Liongard, such as Beachhead for full disk encryption and MSP 360 for backup verification.

I would like Liongard to pull more detailed information from Autotask, such as ticket information, which is currently not available.

API integration from Roar to Autotask lacks category mapping. We can only tie up new ticket created by Roar alerts base on ticket source, but the ticket category in PSA does not specify that it's created from Liongard and will just fall to New Issue Ticket Category instead of Liongard.

We want access to the data that is fed into reports via the API, so we can recreate and customize reports in our own style without manually building numerous API queries.

I would like Liongard to be able to pull ticket information from Halo. Currently, it seems that Liongard cannot retrieve this data, which is a limitation for us as we want to unify our reporting. Other integrations we use can pull ticket information from Halo, so it would be beneficial if Liongard could do the same.

I would like to be able to setup an integration between our ConnectSecure instance and Liongard. This would be great to pull in data from this source. An integration option for ConnectSecure.
